Kris Reynolds, PMP, MBA
Kris Reynolds is the founder of Arrowhead Consulting. His training sessions are designed to challenge audiences to move beyond conventional thinking for true innovation and creative problem-solving. Audiences enjoy how Kris weaves his subject matter expertise with his love of pop culture and trivia for the perfect blend of education and entertainment.
Kris is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been recognized for his work in setting up Project Management Offices and was listed among the top 25 Outstanding Organizations for his work on TV Guide’s PMO in 2008. He earned two Bachelor’s degrees (Economics and Business Administration) from Centenary College in Louisiana and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. Kris is currently an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at the University of Tulsa.

Bruce Jordan, PMP
Bruce Jordan specializes in project management, business analysis, training, scheduling, and IT/Project Controls consulting. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a variety of technical certifications from Microsoft, Novell and Pervasive.
Bruce spent more than two decades in the technology industry and more than 15 years in project management.
Bruce currently works heavily in the Oil and Gas industry as a master schedule, as well as an engineering and construction project manager and management trainer. Within the energy industry, Bruce has provided project control guidance and created scheduling best practices for large midstream oil and gas companies. He has also worked on projects to combine up to 17 vendor and contractor schedules into one master schedule, and managed more than $1 billion in construction schedules across multiple vendors and EPC companies.
He also has vast experience creating customized training materials and courses for diverse audiences that transcend industries. Bruce has a proven track record for taking projects that are at risk of failure, getting them back on track and completed successfully through creating cohesive and collaborative teams, finding and managing stakeholders at all levels, and closely managing third-party vendors.
When not saving the world via project management or project controls, Bruce can be found playing his trumpet for the local Blaskapelle, the community band of the German American Society of Tulsa. When not playing his trumpet, he can be found with a game controller in hand playing Xbox, PlayStation, or PC games or threatening family with getting matching tattoos with his 1 yr. old granddaughter.

Amy Caudle Ratliff, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has over 26 years of progressive Human Resources experience specializing in organizational effectiveness, compliance, diversity solutions, emotional intelligence training, comprehensive recruitment, and onboarding programs, personality assessments, employee engagement, leadership development, and organizational change initiatives.
Ms. Ratliff is a graduate of the University of Arkansas, where she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration majoring in Human Resources and Marketing. She holds a Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute and is a Senior Certified Professional from the Society of Human Resources Management. In 2014, she completed the Executive Mini-MBA program at the University of Tulsa and is certified in the Everything DiSC Assessment Suite, Hogan Assessments, and the Insight Colors personality assessment.
Since 1993, she has been a member of the Tulsa Area Human Resources Association, where she currently serves on the Programs Committee. In addition, she is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management.
Outside of spending time with her family, being a movie buff, and a networking socialite, Amy is very involved in supporting the community via United Way and attending fundraising events for Palmer Continuum of Care, Hope Is Alive, and other Tulsa Non-Profit organizations!
Paul Krueger, PMP
Paul Krueger is an Engineer and Project Manager with more than 20 years of domestic and international integration, change management, and technical consulting experience. His career experience includes working Fortune 500 companies, including Lockheed-Martin, Boeing, Toyota, and Siemens. He has contributed as a consultant to projects as diverse as the James Webb Space Telescope, the Tactical Tomahawk Missile, Crusader Self Propelled Howitzer, the F-35, C-130, K-FX, and multiple GA aircraft, Ion Implant machines, Aircraft seat, and In-Flight Entertainment systems, and commercial software.
Paul earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Oklahoma and continues to aggressively keep up with emerging technical and professional trends. He currently holds multiple professional certificates, including Project Management Professional (PMP®), Professional Scrum Master I (PSM1), LEAN Six Sigma Black Belt, Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP), Microsoft Certified Specialist in Microsoft Project, and Tableau Certified Desktop Associate.
Paul is active in several professional organizations and sits on the board of the Tulsa Project Management Institute chapter. He and his wife currently split their time between Tulsa, Oklahoma, and Tokyo, Japan, where their sons (and cats) reside.
