Kris Reynolds, PMP, MBA

Kris Reynolds is the founder of Arrowhead Consulting. His training sessions are designed to challenge audiences to move beyond conventional thinking for true innovation and creative problem-solving. Audiences enjoy how Kris weaves his subject matter expertise with his love of pop culture and trivia for the perfect blend of education and entertainment.

Kris is a Six Sigma Black Belt and Project Management Professional (PMP). He has been recognized for his work in setting up Project Management Offices and was listed among the top 25 Outstanding Organizations for his work on TV Guide’s PMO in 2008. He earned two Bachelor’s degrees (Economics and Business Administration) from Centenary College in Louisiana and a Master’s degree in Marketing from Oklahoma City University. Kris is currently an Adjunct Professor of Project Management at the University of Tulsa.

Bruce Jordan, PMP

Bruce Jordan specializes in project management, business analysis, training, scheduling, and IT/Project Controls consulting. He is a Project Management Institute (PMI)-certified Project Management Professional (PMP), Six Sigma Green Belt, and holds a variety of technical certifications from Microsoft, Novell and Pervasive.

Bruce spent more than two decades in the technology industry and more than 15 years in project management.

Bruce currently works heavily in the Oil and Gas industry as a master scheduler, as well as an engineering and construction project manager and management trainer. Within the energy industry, Bruce has provided project control guidance and created scheduling best practices for large midstream oil and gas companies. He has also worked on projects to combine up to 17 vendor and contractor schedules into one master schedule, and managed more than $1 billion in construction schedules across multiple vendors and EPC companies.

He also has vast experience creating customized training materials and courses for diverse audiences that transcend industries. Bruce has a proven track record for taking projects that are at risk of failure, getting them back on track and completed successfully through creating cohesive and collaborative teams, finding and managing stakeholders at all levels, and closely managing third-party vendors.

When not saving the world via project management or project controls, Bruce can be found playing his trumpet for the local Blaskapelle, the community band of the German American Society of Tulsa. When not playing his trumpet, he can be found with a game controller in hand playing Xbox, PlayStation, or PC games or threatening family with getting matching tattoos with his 1 yr. old granddaughter.


Kuma Roberts

Kuma Roberts, IOM has over 10 years of organizational development experience specializing in the business case for diversity, equity & inclusion, cultural competence, implicit bias, strategies for becoming an equity-centered organization, inclusive workplace language as well as other elements of diversity, equity, and inclusion.

As a graduate of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute of Organizational Management, she has spoken to hundreds of businesses, non-profit, and chambers of commerce on the best practices for developing a strategic plan related to DEI.

Kuma is passionate about racial and social justice with an emphasis on shifting policy and practice vs. hearts and minds and speaking to how more companies and organizations can harness the power of DEI to enhance their competitive advantage.

When Kuma isn’t speaking, she loves cooking for her husband, wrestling with her three-year-old son, and arguing with her 16-year-old daughter.


Andrea Pemberton

Andrea Pemberton specializes in solving complex organizational problems; helping organizations build inclusive, productive cultures; supporting organizations in their talent attraction, development, and retention efforts; and leadership development.

Andrea is a graduate of the University of Oklahoma where she obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and a Master of Arts in Organizational Dynamics.  Andrea is a Fulbright Scholar, conducting research on integrated Jewish-Arab schools in Israel. She holds certifications with several organizations including Prosci Change Management and Hogan Assessments.

She is a member of the Society of Human Resources Management and The Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology.

Andrea enjoys traveling, reading, and volunteering and is a self-proclaimed local politics and podcast junkie. She currently serves on the board for the League of Women Voters of Metropolitan Tulsa and Leadership Tulsa.


Jon Land, PMP

Jon Land is an energetic leader with a passion for developing solid strategies and solving problems. Proficient at driving ideas from initial concept to successful on-time launches. Proven track record of being a “corporate entrepreneur” resulting in cost reductions and increased team performance. Experience leading large groups of local and remote employees. Focused on keeping the end in mind and executing to deliver that target. IT service management best practices. (ITIL, ISO 20001:2018, etc.)
